Bullseye Pistol League continues through December
The FMWR Recreational Shooting League is held from 6:30-9 p.m. Thursdays at the Tronsrue Marksmanship Center. The league will run another seven Thursdays.
Open to DOD ID cardholders only. League size is limited to 12 patrons. There is a minimal cost for this event.

Opening Day Virtual Hunting Lottery Today
Reserve your spot for the opening day of the 2020 Big Game Rifle Season. The lottery will be conducted via a virtual lottery system instead of in-person, as in prior years, due to COVID-19.
The lottery drawing will be conducted today. Lottery application forms are available online at and must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. Monday.
Opening day of the hunting season is Nov. 21.

Privately-Owned Firearms Open Range Season Nov. 14
A privately-owned firearms open range session takes place from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Nov. 14 at Range 4 and 5, Route 293, across from Round Pond Recreation Area.
Eligibilities are restricted to DOD ID cardholders and their eligible dependents.
The ranges — Range 4: Archery and Range 5: Weapons are limited to .308/7 .62 mm and below. No automatic weapons or rapid firearms are allowed.
Outside of the caliber limitations, the Directorate of Emergency Services game warden will make decisions what weapons are legal to bring onto the range. The minimum age to shoot is 10 years old.

West Point Community Flag Football Tuesday evening league ongoing until Nov. 24
The West Point Community Flag Football League games are played Tuesdays from 7-10 p.m. through Nov. 24 at the MWR Athletic Field — H-Lot.

West Point Community Noontime Ultimate Frisbee tournament ongoing until Nov. 30
The West Point Community Noontime Ultimate Frisbee tournament is being played noon-12:45 p.m. Monday-Friday until Nov. 30 at River Courts.

Cadet only hours at the West Point Bowling Center
The cadet only expanded hours at the West Point Bowling Center are from 7:30-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday nights. Closure is still at 7:30 p.m. for the larger West Point community.

ODR Cadet Paintball Weekend Packages are ongoing
Cadet Paintball weekend packages are available from the Outdoor Equipment Checkout Center. Advanced appointment with minimum 20 participants is required to reserve the course.
Cost includes gun rental, 500 paintballs, pizza, a non-alcoholic beverage and two hours of course time.
