    The following services are open:
    • Army Community Service (ACS)— Open and operational. Call ACS at 845-938-4621.
    • (Updated) Arts & Crafts—Arts & Crafts is open by appointment for framing and gift shop services. Appointments can be made by calling 845-938-4812 and will be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
    • Automotive Center—It is open for “Self-Help” patrons and “Fleet Services” only. Hours of operation are 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday. For complete details, visit
    • CYS Parent Central Services—The CYS Parent Central Services is open by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, call 845-938-4458/0939/3969 between the hours of 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

    The fourth annual Brew Fest that was scheduled from 7-10 p.m. April 17 at the West Point Club has been cancelled. Read More


    SAAPM Walk A Mile
    April is Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month (SAAPM) for the Sexual Harassment, Assault Response and Prevention Program.
    Come out and join the annual SAAPM Walk A Mile with the West Point Garrison, U.S. Military Academy and Keller Hospital SHARP Sexual Assault Response coordinators and SHARP victim advocates, along with the TRUST organization in the Corps of Cadets.
    The Walk A Mile is scheduled from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. April 15 with a rain date of April 16.  The start and finish point is at the Thayer Statue area.
    Look for the SHARP tents and “Walk A Mile Starts Here” banner.  It is open to the entire West Point community.

    NAF Property Bid Sale for Two 2005 Ford Buses with Handicapped Lifts
    Bids for two 2005 Ford Buses, both not running and in need of work, will be accepted through March 31 for the general public.
    The busses can be viewed next to the Buffalo Soldier Pavilion, Bulding 628.

    Hunters Education Course April 26
    A Hunters Education Course is scheduled from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. April 26 at our Bonneville Cabin at the Round Pond Recreation Area. This course is free and good for life.
    Complete the New York State required homework and bring the homework to class.
    This class is required to purchase a New York State Hunting License and West Point Hunting Permit.

    Easter Sunday Brunch and Egg Hunt
    Join the West Point Club for its annual Easter Sunday Brunch and egg hunt April 12. The first seating is at 10 a.m. with an egg hunt at 11:30 a.m. The second seating is at 1 p.m. with an egg hunt at 2:30 p.m.

    Doggie Dash 3K and 5K
    Come have some fun with your dog at MWR’s Doggie Dash 3K and 5K at 8 a.m. April 18. The event starting line is at the MWR Fitness Center.
    Participants will follow the Doggie Dash 3K route or the 5K Fun Run route. There will be prizes for the top finishers in both races. Read More


    CYS Summer Camp School Age Care Registration Now Open
    Registration is now open for Child and Youth Services 2020 Summer Camps. Summer camp school age care is offered from June to August for military and civilian personnel.
    Children in grades K-5 registered with CYS Services are eligible for the summer camp school age care program.

    Registration for the Child & Youth Services Recreational Sports Programs will run through March 13.

  • ASBP Blood Drive Jan. 9-12

    The Armed Services Blood Program and the cadets of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point are joining forces to hold one of the largest blood drives of the year.

    From Jan. 9-12, cadets, faculty and staff of the Academy will “sacrifice” some of their blood to help save lives.

    As the official blood program of the U.S. military, the ASBP is a tri-service organization responsible for providing blood and blood products to deployed service members in the heart of the battlefield.

    While ASBP blood recipients are most often thought of as deployed service members injured in the line of duty, the ASBP also provides blood for service members and their families back home and in military treatment facilities around the globe. Read More
