Christine Guedri, Ph.D. and Dept. of Foreign Languages Portuguese assistant professor, received a Rotary International fellowship from Rotary District 7210 for $10,000. She was sponsored by the West Point-Highland Falls Rotary Club. Guedri was invited to teach Spanish at the University of Jordan by the president of the institution and will use the grant to design an educational-based service project in which she will work with refugees. • DENTAC gives dental readiness praise
Dental Command would like to give kudos to Medical Command and the U.S. Military Academy Band for achieving the highest levels of dental readiness among West Point units during the first quarter of fiscal year 2010.
