    The West Point Craft Shop has an open door policy for those who want to learn crafts while on their lunch breaks.
    The Jan. 29 lunch class was the last of a series of chocolate-themed classes—at least for now.

  • FMWR Fitness Center kicks off Fittest Loser Competition

    The Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Fitness Center kicked off the 2nd annual Fittest Loser Competition during the Health and Wellness Fair Jan. 23.

    The competition is based on several categories within each age group—percentage of pounds lost/total body weight; percentage of body fat percent lost/total body fat percent and the most points based on minutes of exercise performed overall.

  • AFAP at work—tennis lessons now available

    As a direct result of an issue brought up at the 2008 Army Family Action Plan meeting, adult tennis lessons are now available at the Lichtenberg Center for Department of Defense civilians, Family members, and active duty military.
